FREQUENT QUESTIONS:
1. Why is this happening? In order to prevent credit card fraud (stolen credit cards or un-authorized PayPal accounts being used to purchase and download RevoStock products), we have a fraud prevention system in place that examines various aspects of orders that are placed. If something "doesn't look right" to our system, it will place a temporary hold on that order. This is ultimately for everyone's safety including our customers, producers and RevoStock.
2. Does this mean my RevoStock account could have been hacked? Not at all. This has nothing to do with the security of your RevoStock account.
3. Has my credit card been charged? If you are making a credit card payment, your card HAS NOT been charged yet. Our system pauses the purchase BEFORE the card goes through.
4. Will this happen to me every time I make a purchase? Definitely not. After we clear this, it will not happen to your account again.
5. This hasn't happened to me anywhere else. Why here at RevoStock? Because all of our content at RevoStock is downloadable, we have to be a bit more careful with the purchase phase of our content.
6. How quickly will I hear from you? We realize that this can be frustrating, so we work hard to clear these up immediately (usually within a few minutes, as long as your purchase was made between 9AM Central Standard Time and 10PM Central Standard Time.) You should receive an email from us as soon as your account is cleared.
7. What if I don't receive an email from you? If for some reason, you don't receive an email, or your purchase attempt was made please contact us at
support@revostock.com. You may also call our Fraud Department line at 866-907-7386 ext. 708. If you think there is a particular reason your purchase was paused and shouldn't have been, please let us know.
И так уже 3й день... ни продажи проверить ни выложить... вообще не пускают никуда. В саппорт написал мол так и так - если нельзя так по чужой так отмените платеж и делов. Жду ответа теперь. А этой же картой сам владелец попробовал купить и таже фигня у него... блин. Так как проект нужен был срочно, нашли другого человека с другой картой. И все случилось за 5 минут.
Вот блин чего делать... работать то надо. Печаль....
