С переводом всё получилось, правда пришлось немного с бубном попрыгать)

We've noticed that you were both, a Contributor and a Buyer on Fotolia, so in this case you will have to synchronize your Contributor's account first.
To do so, please follow the instructions described below:
- Visit
https://stock.adobe.com/ and log in with your existing Adobe ID. If you do not have an Adobe ID yet, you can simply create a new one on that same page.
Once you log in to the new Adobe Stock account click on “Sell” and follow the instructions for synchronization.
If your account was correctly connected on the Contributor’s side, you will now be able to also transfer your Fotolia Buyer’s account.
- To start the transfer, simply go to the Fotolia site at
https://www.fotolia.com and click on “Transfer your account”. Enter your Fotolia login name + password and then your Adobe ID to complete the migration.
All your Fotolia account information will be automatically transferred to the new Adobe Stock account, including your licenses history and lightboxes.
If you need any specific invoice, please visit
https://www.fotolia.com/ and send us a request from the email address that was linked to your Fotolia account, confirming the date of the invoice you need. A copy of the invoice will be sent via email.
If you don't remember, or no longer have access to that email account, send us the request including the Full name on the account, Login name, Home address and telephone number.
