service is not very efficient or effective.
Today we tried moving money into the account via credit, but we we're
unsuccessful and blocked from our account without any support.
We'll be working tomorrow during their support hours to resolve this issue.
I have a feeling that this is not going to be a quick fix based on the
service we have received so far.
Here are your options:
1. If you have a Paypal account, we can move money into your account.
2. If you want a check, we can write a check and add $10 to cover some of
the transaction fees.
3. Wait for the situation to be resolved. I would like to give you a
timeframe, but I can only give updates based on their service.
To prevent problems in the future, we're going to wire money into the
account earlier in the month so that we have time to deal with their
customer service.
Again, I apologize for the issues- your efforts are important to
LuckyOliver. Thanks for your understanding.
